Our Story

We renovated a 1940's Firehouse in Colonial Beach, Virginia into three unique and elevated residential spaces.

Unit 1

​Stroll and dive into the history of this unique and memorable one bedroom space. This peaceful and centrally-located place is  across from the beach and steps from restaurants, bars, and the boardwalk.

The first floor space with art work throughout, has an ADA Accessible including roll-in shower. Fully equipped exterior-vented kitchen cooking with granite countertops and includes an oven, stovetop, microwave. dishwasher, and disposal.

Unit 2

This peaceful and centrally-located one bedroom space is an elevated and cozy living experience across from the beach and steps from restaurants, bars and the boardwalk.
